Operations Controller

We are looking for a reliable Operations Controller to be responsible for the overall supply chain management. Operations Controller responsibilities include organising and monitoring storage and distribution of goods to international end markets.

The goal is to work closely with the International Logistics Manager in order to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage logistics, stock across multiple warehouses, and arrange transportation to end markets.
  • Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle.
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers.
  • Issue all required shipping documents.
  • Implement stock control system, with daily reports to sales team.
  • Oversee stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and overall efficiency of delivery cycles.
  • Book and process shipments according to sales.
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
  • Assist in administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Logistics/Operations Executive (minimum 2 years)
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain is a bonus
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
